Rebecca and Spanky are miserable at following their workout video tape. Taking excessive breaks, smoking and eating candy are just not the proper things to do! Ther girls decide to have a personal trainer come over and get them into shape. Erzsebet arrives and the shock treatment begins. "What are you girls Thinking?" she states as she pulls the cigerette from Spanky's mouth and extinguishes it upon her tongue. She soon realizes that these girls are frightfully undisciplined and decides to meter out some personal lessons. Placed in strenuous positions each girl is spanked, strapped, paddled and canned. Their bottoms are reddened but both Rebecca and Spanky have a new found respect for the discipline that Erzsebet has taught them. This is the stuff dreams are made of.
